The Carbide 270r supports a 360mm + 240mm rad IIRC, same with the Enthoo Pro M. Theyre also both $70

Thermaltake view 27! Also around 70 and could show off quite a bit. Can fit a very large 360. Prolly best to stick to one card and one CPU though.
