It will be fine, its non-k so stock cooler would do fine. It'll be fine.

Hey peoples, I had my friend order parts for his first build and for some reason I told him to buy a Noctua NH-L9i SSO2 CPU cooler.

 

The reason why I am concerned with this purchase is because it's going to be built in a Corsair Carbide SPEC-M2 mATX case with an i5 6500 CPU...

 

Seeing that he has already received all the parts, will this ITX designed cooler be sufficient enough for his config?  

 

 

 

Corsair 350d, Intel 3570k @ 4.2 ghz, H100i, Caviar blue 500gb, Caviar Blue 1TB, Samsung EVO 850 Pro 256GB, EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 ACX 3.0, Corsair Vengeance 8gb,AX760i

It's a non k i5, it will do fine even with the stock cooler.
