No Image after changing Display Settings

Currently running a 20" Sony Bravia TV as a PC monitor (temporarily until I pick up something nicer (and its running at a 30Hz refresh rate. As far as I know the native resoulution of the TV is 1366x768 @50Hz, so I now know its not capable of doing 1920x1080 @60Hz.

 

Before I knew all this I decided (in the display settings) to set the refresh rate to 60Hz to see if it would work because 30Hz was killing me and I got a black screen. Nothing.

 

GPU at the moment is only HD4000 while I wait for my 770 to get here.

 

I apologise if this is a silly question but..how do I fix it?

Leave it for 15 seconds...

 

And don't add a background to your text. It's tacky and annoying.

I did. Still nothing. (Also background changed - it was accidental).
