Random problem please help

Hello, got an random problem, I thinked it may be virus or even trojan, but nothing wrong, disk (ssd) is fine also. Please see the attached image. It randomly appears and randomly disappears after few minutes.

Do a full scan with at least one antivirus. Restart PC if you haven't. Have you made any registry edit tweaks, if so this might cause the problem.

I haven't, checked the systems few times with different antiviruses and anti malwares, fixed all registry problems, and again I haven't done smth with registry at all.

no the icons are the normal desktop icons, appears the steam image and the unclickable icons, it looks like it just changes the image but I dnt have such iamge.

I'm clueless with these sort of things it can sometimes be less hassle to rust reinstall windows (backup data of course)

someone might be playing a trick on you. People do all this all, they take a screen shot of your computer and set it as the desktop background so you think its broken when you try to click on things. They forgot to remove all icons from the desktop.

A possibility but how would it explain...

I cant say iv ever seen anything like that since windows 95 had a virus that would vandalize the appearance of the desktop

In windows 10 (and maybe others im not sure) you can set the background to cycle through images, so that would explain how it appears and disappears for a few minutes.
