A noctua nh-d14 or nh-d15 is the best you can get (imo).

I consider the NH-D15 the king of air coolers. There are some similarly performing coolers but they usually aren't as quiet. 

If you don't need the absolute best performance, the NH-U14S is probably the best all around cooler due to the thinner form factor being much easier to work around with.

Does it fit the LGA 1151 socket? and how is it with RAM clearance?

Yes, they support that socket. The NH-D15 supports ram between 32-64mm in height depending on how you mount the outer fan. You can see the specs on the manufacturer's website including ram clearance and any compatibility issues with listed motherboards.

The NH-U14S does't get in the way of ram.
