I have a Nvideo Geforce GTX 970 4GB and I7-4790k CPU with 16gb ram.

I have no idea what to get, but my budget is..... $700.

I have a triple monitor setup and I want a forth screen primarely for gaming and movies/tv shows/videos.

I want something more than 60hz. I want to cry when i look at it. I'm thinking 100-144hz and perhaps with 2560x1080 resolution or more. I hear BenQ XR3501 is good for gaming, but what about movies?

Also, I forgot to mention, but I want between 30-39 inches.      :)

Any suggestions please.

180Hz 1080p 1ms G-Sync. It should be alright for movies, but if you want to get into content creation, consider an IPS 144Hz panel like this one-

However, that IPS monitor supports FreeSync, not G-Sync, so you will experience screen tearing with an NVidia card.
