Reservoir Vacuum

So the window of my pc faces the sun and overtime the liquid has evaporated, today I turned my pc on and after about 20 minuets it starts to whine so I turn it off and look over and notice that the reservoir has become empty, it was only whining about 30 seconds at most but now I can't get the cap of the reservoir to add liquid. Could it of created a vacuum in that short of a time, any advise on getting the cap off?

Edit: I still have some liquid in, its about 1mill above the pump

No pc pump should be strong enough to create even a 50% vacuum.

 

About getting the cap off.. Try a wrench, and protect your cap by putting some cloth between the teeth of the wrench and the cap

That can happen but it shouldn't have created a huge vacuum through evaporation, you will need to crack open some port in the loop if you can't get the res open try another port on or around the loop.
