New 3DS coverplates

Does anyone know of any place to get N3DS (non XL) cover plates? I don't mean official ones -- maybe form some third party or whatever. I'd really like to pick up one like one of the 20th anniversary plates, but I'm not willing to spend $50+ on it.

AFAIK, there aren't any 3rd party cover plates, but there are plenty of skins (although I personally hate them)
