Just go to your profile, and click the icon in the lower left side of your profile pic.  Don't get confused with the upper banner pic (I've done that a few times :ph34r:)

Hey everyone! I've been trying to change my profile picture and I get a message saying I can't change it due to low memory. Is this a browser issue or website? I am using an unstable app but I barely ever do have problems on it...

It doesn't look like you "got it"... your profile picture is still the default grey silhouette.

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.
