Need suggestions

Even though the SSD looks really red. Please don't get it

Why you need an air cooler? Stock cooker will do just fine

Can you go for 480 8gb instead? Get i5 6500 or 6400 if you don't have enough money

pick yourself up something like a Cryorig H7 or H5 for a CPU cooler

I did't even realize I got the 4 gb one. Glad you caught that.

PNY, Crucial (if they have), Samsung (too expensive), SanDisk
