CoD2 and 4 are two of our LAN favorites.

Screencheat is great with 4 people. So much fun. 

Unreal Tournament 2004 is our favorite, because it has the assault maps and it has the deathball....or whatever it was called where you have to get a ball and score a goal by getting it to the enemies goal. That combined with instagib is tons of fun. 

Dying Light is also now available on gog and has a lan coop mode. Good fun, but a bit on the expensive side. 

Old battlefields are also great for lan. Like Vietnam and 1942. Both have bots and especially 1942 had some amazing Mods. 

Half life Sven coop. Crappy graphics, but kinda cool.
