A high refresh monitor generally has no issue displaying 60 frames, so I'd go with that.

it depends on your budget, what games you play, etc... but if you want a nice all-rounder without breaking the bank too much (and you have a nvidia card), the Dell S2716DG / S2417DG are your best bets. I say nvidia card because both of these use g-sync, and both are TN but are really good TN

This TOTALLY depends on your specs.  There's no point in getting a 1440p monitor if you can't play games on it at native resolution.

 

Therefore, we can't make a decision until you post your specifications.
