4k monitor buying advice

Hi guys 

 

I am currently interested in buying a 27in or 28in 4k monitor for gaming and currently use 2 1080p monitors. I however have very little knowledge of what to look for in monitors. 

 

Are high end 4k monitors worth the price for example ASUS ROG Swift PG27AQ 27in? If so why?

 

Are there any problems having one monitor 4k and another 1080p in dual screen? As I am considering having two 4k monitors. 

 

What are your recommendations? 

 

my PC specs are: 

i7-5820k 

16gb ram

EVGA 1080 SC
