was going to that too but it turns out directron was actually selling for $85 so i went with the SL308 instead(still a very good ssd).

The Intel 600P has about 3 times faster read speeds for about the same price I think.

It says its $30 more, and I think the read speeds wouldn't bother me that much; and I'd like to have as much gigs as possible within that price point. I'll keep your suggestion in mind and might sacrifice some stuff.
