No one with those specs plays those games on ultra. Dial back your settings.

GTA V with a 960 will stutter at Ultra 1080p, Star wars should be a bit better, and world of tank you should be fine. Dial back your settings for GTA V, also GTA V is CPU intensive so you might get some stutters there with your CPU.

That man plays gta v on that settings without problem. I can't and we have same PC

How is that possible

What's the clockspeed of your GPU?

And he is running the game with little higher CPU clock, although not probably a deciding factor in this case. Also he doesn't state if he is running the game from HDD or SSD, that can also affect stuttering at least in places where you have to load in stuff (drive around fast or fly)

Your friend has stuttering too, he simply dosen't see it.. doesnt mean he dont have stuttering :P

happens to a lot of people lol

gtx 960 can't run gta V in ultra with no lag...

and your CPU is a bit weak... It will probably lag in BF1 also, as it is very very very cpu intensif game...

that cpu is a bit too weak for bf1 gta v etc....

still playable but will never be 100% smooth

Is the 1TB hard disk rated for 5400 RPM speed or 7200RPM speed?  If the disk is being accessed continually while playing (common on games such as GTA5) it will cause stutters and unwanted brief lockups while the disk IO is maxed out.  You can witness this if you have the disk activity LED connected on the main board, its usually lit up on a LED on your case or laptop chassis somewhere.

Can you get the model of the hard disk you are using, bare in mind that if you are running your operating system and all other system applications on a 1TB SATA hard disk and then attempting to run games on top, you might see problems such as this.

I would recommend checking Resmon within Windows and selecting the disk tab on the top row.  Expand the disk queue section at the bottom and review a reading of the average disk queue seen.

Probably because he turned off AF, whereas most people run it at 16x. He's not maxing the game.

We also can't see his driver settings. Even though some things might be on in game, he may have overrode them on a driver level.

Well at least there's a small difference, although I don't know how far GPU 2.0 will push your GPU  above the specs given in the asus site. Also if you're not running the same drivers and the same game version, your mileage might be different.

Also do what Dabeggad suggested.
