So I recently put a new SSD into my laptop, went into the bios, enabled USB Boot, pressed restart, and now it won't start. All I get is a white LED that flashes 3 times and nothing else will turn on.  Please help.  The laptop is an HP Pavilion au123cl.

Do you have a windows installer on a flash drive to boot from?

Its a disk in a USB disk drive, so basically, yes.

Yeah I did the hard reset and it turned on, but then I turned it off again to put the bottom back on and it won't turn on now even with the hard reset.
