It depends on the width of the cards in question, but i'd say it's possible.

But something else about the Genome, the build quality is not quite there, if you catch my vibe.

I'd get something else plus a 240mm AIO for the price.

It should work as long as the graphics card on the inside isn't too tall and the power cables aren't blocked.
