I am kinda confused by your fittings.

13/19mm Soft tube Compression

12mm Hard Pipe Compression

Are you mixing your Tubing?

I would actually advise going with soft tubing the first time if you don't care so much about the awesome look of hard pipe.

Make sure your hard pipe fittings match the OUTER diameter of your tubes

Make sure your soft tube fittings match both INNER and OUTER diameter of the tubes

for 9.5/15.9mm tubes (that are weird measurements and very thick walls) you need a 9.5mm (possible 10) / 15.9mm (possibly 15.5)

I would recommend however to get your fittings and tubes from the same source, this ensures that they are tested to properly seal (ek has both soft and hard tubes)

Have fun and good luck :)
