Objectively, the Jotunheim is a fully balanced topology and outputs way more power. It also measures better. It has both single-ended and balanced intputs and outputs, including pre-amp outputs.

 

Subjectively, the Jotunheim has better technicalities, technicalities being the things that make music sound "good".  People are also reporting that it is more forward or aggressive than the Magni, so some care should be taken when matching it with certain headphones.
