CPU test crashes gpu (driver)

So, I have build a gaming pc.

Specs:

MSI Z170 SLI PLUS motherboard

Intel i5 6600k 3.5GHz CPU

16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHz (runs at 2133MHz) RAM (2x 8GB)

Corsair CX650M PSU (modular)

Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming 8GB

850 EVO ssd (250GB)

Hydro H100i v2 cooler (cpu cooler)

Some Noctua fans for case airflow

NZXT H400 case (new edition, with window)

Problem:

I was about to overclock my i5, so I wanted to run some test before, so I can see the difference after the oc.

So I ran:

- Geekbench 4

- Cinebench r15

- 3DMark 8

- CPU_Z benchmark

- GTA V in-game benchmark

- wPrime

And that last one did crash my gpu (driver).

So, every test and benchmark went smooth, except wPrime, it crashes my gpu (driver) 1 - 4 times in the 1024-test (about 5 minutes).

Windows Log message: Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

The screen(s) will go black for 2 seconds (no restart, bsod, or fail message, except the windows-log entry).

I ran HeavyLoad (CPU + GPU) for 15 minutes, no issues.

I ran Furmark (max res, max mxaa) + Prime95 (In-place large FFT's test) together for 30 minutes, no issues.

I again ran wPrime, wich again crashed my gpu (driver).

wPrime maxes CPU power usage at around 46 watt and GPU power at 11 watt.

Furmark + Prime95 maxes cpu power at 46 watt and GPU power at 165 watt.

Is this a known issues?

Anything I need or can debug?

Whats going on here?
