Quality he wants medium / high --- 60fps

All these people putting roswill PSU apparently didn't notice that pc part picker is double applying the rebate. So they are all the cost of the rebate more expensive than it is saying,

the i3 6100 with Hyperthreading looks like a top choice and 16gb is overkill. single 8gb stick is enough and you can always add another of the same later

I could make the same argument about the 1060 everyone is recommending. He stated the gaming goals and the 1050ti achieves all of them easily. I could see an argument for going down to a $400 build with an I3 8GB ram and a 1050ti or maybe even spend that extra savings on a SSD. I do value though things like being able to have a couple tabs of Chrome open while playing games.
