Someone replied for the same question,

 

"Guys I tried It and went with it , Amazon took action without my notice and declined the payment . then I was contacted Amazon and they investigated and found out those shocking cheap GPU prices are scams. I honestly still have no idea why theyre still displayed on the site . please guys check seller ratings before making any purchase, also make sure to ONLY make transaction through amazon website directly."

It's Amazon, they have good CS. It's hard to scam on places like Ebay and Amazon, since Amazon will take action against it and Ebay always sides with the buyer.

Buyers can scam as well... (almost) happened to me on eBay
