Most AIB 480s have great thermals and great power delivery. no noticeable differences there

pick the cheapest one.

XFX GTR, Strix and MSI Gaming are the best. Nitro is also really good. If you have the HIS brand available to you, it's also really good. It's basically an XFX GTR with worse fans.

Best 480 is the cheapest 480.
