Sometimes when I restart my computer, it will go as far as the Window 10 boot screen but, the spinning circles won't appear and I have to hold down the power button and keep trying until it finally goes through and boots fully. Any reason why this occurs and how can I fix it?

Do you have large hard drives connected to your system? Is the boot order set correctly? Are the HDDS OK? Is the memory OK? Try it with one stick?

I only have a 1tb hard drive connected internally, and Defraggler says it's in good health. I am going to defrag it overnight. The RAM is all good too. Boot order should be correct considering I was able to get into Windows, right now, just okay.

Could be plenty of things I can't really suggest a possible solution without more info on what's going on. You can try to reinsert the SATA cable for your hard drive as the hard drive vibrates and can make a cable come loose overtime, you can also try to just let it sit and boot because it might be a bit slow to load, also you could back up your files and try to reinstall Windows and see if that fixes it. It could be many things and I can't state a definate solution without enough info

The bios (I think) will continue looking for bootable drives regardless which drive is set to boot first. I can set my boot drive behind my 4 storage drives in the boot order and it will EVENTUALLY boot, it just takes a while to get there.

I'll try the first two options over reinstalling Windows, defragging might help a bit too if it is just slow boot time, randomly.

set your harddrive that has windows on it as the first drive in the boot order and see if that works
