Moblie Gaming Headset's Mic??

If i buy a mobile gaming headset but i want to use it in my laptop, how can active the mic on the headset? It only have a 'plug' and not 2 tat one for speaker 1 for mic.

 

How can i setting for using the headset mic and not the laptop mic? Or can i use a wire that can plug in to the 'plug' and making into 2 'plug'?

It sounds like your laptop has a combined headphone and microphone 3.5mm stereo plug. You should consider getting an adapter like this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KA2FTIU?psc=1 or perhaps choose a USB headset to avoid the issue altogether. You can choose which microphone your PC uses by going to Control Panel > Sound > Recording Devices (tab).

My headset only have 1 plug and my laptop also have 1, but my laptop cannot detect my headset mic or something like that, on my phone also...>.<
