The one he is using to track the power usage, core clock ect at the bottom of the screen.

That's just Riva Turner/Afterburner, isn't it? I know you can reposition the display on the screen.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Erm, I know this sounds silly, But how? I know how you can like check the little thing graphs that After Burner has but how did it overlay it in 3DMark?

RivaTuner is additional option in the install. You can enable the overlay in the settings of Afterburner as long rivatuner is installed as well.
