Okay so basically I bought most of my PC parts from a German site as it is cheaper than buying them in Ireland but I forgot that the PSU would have a type c plug (Two Rounded pins, 2.5A 220-240V , Not Grounded) while Ireland uses type g plugs (Three pinned,13A,220-240V,Grounded) my question is if I got an Irish plug would it blow the PSU or would it be fine or would an adapter work better?

It will be fine, as both Ireland and the UK use the European standard for voltage on their electronics (and of course, Germany too). It's only an issue with PSUs from places like the USA, where they can't take 240V.
