Skyrim textures

So, I was installing ENBs for the first time ever today and one of the steps was that I needed a new Vanilla version of Skyrim. So it told me to delete a few folders and I used McAfee to shred one of the folders because it was asking me for admin privileges even though there is only one account, anyways my Skyrim now has no textures and everything is one color. 

 

Can I fix this?

I did reinstall, did not try repairing using steam thought how does that work?

first off, if reinstalling didn't work uninstall your anti virus temporarily. 

 

for steam, right click on the game of choice, click properties, click local files, click verify cache

Did not work, I tried repairing it using steam and its saying all the files are there.
