XPadder Help Please

I've been trying to get this thing to work with my guitar hero controller for hours and I've looked everywhere and it seems to work flawlessly for everyone. It's recognizing the guitar perfectly and it's seeing the inputs, but the program is crashing ALL THE TIME, it's the only reason I can't get anything done. Sometimes I go far and then randomly it stops letting me change the options or click anything so I have to close it through task manager, sometimes it'll immediately not work, and I have then close it through task manager, because the program does not close permanently by clicking X kinda like Skype or something and it doesn't let you exit it through the taskbar or anything. Basically I want to know why this thing is constantly breaking. It tells me that it's not compatible with Windows 10 but I can open it through the troubleshooter, and that's the only way. I'm tired and angry so I may have gone on a little too long about that, but I think you get it.
