New "workstation" build. Help!

Hey everyone, noob here. 

So, some weeks ago I decided to start lookong into building a new rig. I have always liked gaming (popular games such as Csgo, Lol, Hearthstone, some other higher demanding games), but on the other hand, Im studying Industrial Design, which will result in a need for a rendering build, if you will. 

Anyway, looking here and there, I'm having some issues regarding the Cpu and Gpu of said build. What should I go for? I mean I like low demand games (most of them) and I'm a starter on rendering. I was recommended lots of things, from a 6700k with a GTX 1070 to a Xeon with a Quadro Gpu.

Would you guys recommend some possibilities for me to check out? Every other thing in the setup is quite clear to me, but I need a hand with this decission. 

If anyone interested needs to know more about my pc usage, I'll be happy to fill you in.

Hmm its tricky, since I live in Argentina I dont have exact numbers. Im looking at the 6700k and some 400 usd gpu and the prices seem fair enough

Get i5 6600k and a 1060 if you plan to play on 1080p or get 1070 for more future proof so more games can run smoothly

i7 6700k is nice too if you have money. not sure if the 1070 is at 400 usd and especially in Argentina

What will you be using this work station for? A i7 would probably be fine with the quadro or geforce card being more dependant on the actual software you're going to run.

Im actually planning on importing from Usa. That way the Gpu will cost less than 50% the local price.

You know that many Nvidia's quadros still have green PCBs right?

Fair enough but neither league or CS or HS need anything more than a RX460 to run at acceptable framerates

K Im back. Idk I play several steam games. I have a Evga 750ti atm and I run everything preety good with an old i3. 

My question is, is there something wrong with buying a 6700k and a 1070? Is there anything better for my case for the money? Keep in mind the overkill is intended for rendering, ofc that setup is way too much for my games.

Forgot to say, Im using 3ds Max and Rhino for 3D work, with Photoshop and Illustrator on the side.
