HP ProBook 5310m

I've had this notebook for a while as a 2nd hand system. It runs well and even runs Windows 10. However, it is a little slow and it needs a bit of an upgrade. 

I've done a bit of a search and it currently has 2GB RAM (DDR2 as far as I know) 320GB HDD and an Intel Core 2 DUO at around 2 Ghz but I'm unsure on the exact frequency. 

It looks like I can up the RAM to 4gb and it'll take an SSD as when sold the higher spec had an SSD but I'd really like to swap out the CPU but I can't find any info on wether that's even possible. 

 

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

it is DDR3, you can swap ram and harddisk, CPU nope
