Cpu bottleneck

I usually play BF1 but my rig prevents me from even playing at 60fps low settings. I know the CPU is the culprit but what would be financially easy way to improve my gaming experience?

Cant i just upgrade the CPU? wouldnt it be cheaper? Im unsure what CPU to pick to match the gtx 950.

Its not just the cpu. My r9 380 crushes the 950 and I can't do multiplayer on medium. Its time to build an entirely new computer...

you cant get a cpu thats much faster for that socket. id get the i3.

Both your CPU and GPU aren't that good. I don't think anything is bottlenecking anything. It's time for an upgrade.

Hmmmm... Interesting. Try getting a motherboard + CPU combo with a quad core i5. That should do the trick. I am using a 1060 and my i5 6500 is not bottlenecking it.
