Cpu bottleneck

you cant get a cpu thats much faster for that socket. id get the i3.

Both your CPU and GPU aren't that good. I don't think anything is bottlenecking anything. It's time for an upgrade.

Hmmmm... Interesting. Try getting a motherboard + CPU combo with a quad core i5. That should do the trick. I am using a 1060 and my i5 6500 is not bottlenecking it.
