PC voltage modes

Hi guys,

I have OC'd my i5 6600k to 4.7GHz at 1.37V with a 7 hour stress test (Aida 64 stability test) at 60C all cores are clocked to 4.7GHz btw.

my question is what voltage mode do I switch back after stress testing I am quite certain leaving in manual mode at 1.37V is definitely not good for the CPU

should I also do ROG real bench to be absolutely certain as will as furmark and cinebench to make sure.

many thanks in advance for your replies

Adaptive mode if your motherboard has it.

Yeah set  the adaptive mode with "+" offset 0.05V and total voltage 1,370 in bios
