I just was this http://www.ebay.ca/itm/182348726794?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT and I think it's a very good deal. It doesn't come with a SSD, so +300 for ssd and Windows 10. It will be supporting a pg348q, which is 3440x1440p 100hz g-sync IPS monitor. Can I have more power for my money for a 1200$ budget (without the monitor and including taxes, though there is no taxes on ebay)?

So true it hurts

Why ?

3770s and 780 are quite slow by today's standards , plus , SSD's are REALLY useful nowadays . As someone who's owned hdd computers before , once you go ssd , you never go back . Plus , i wouldn't trust a watercooling loop built by someone else that you know nothing about.

What's bad about using an used watercooled build?

you aren't sure about how it was assembled or if it was assembled properly.

Plus it adds multiple points of failure to a rig compared to standard air cooling or even AIO.
