The X99 Deluxe 2 is the best, but it is probably not what you are looking for, so, can you tell us which socket type as well?

he asked you which socket does your cpu use 

if it's socket is 1151 he would recommend you a different motherboard than if you said you were going to get a 2011-3 socket 

Don't build a pc if you're clueless of what a motherboard or socket is

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

RAM: 16GB HyperX RAM

CPU: R5 3600

OS: Win 11 Pro 64-bit
