Frame stutter problem.

My computer i bought has a weird frame stutter problem. My specs are: a8-7600, 750 ti, asus a88xm-a board fm2 socket , 12 gb of ddr3 memory clocked at 1633 mhz, vs550 power supply, 7600 rpm hdd

i think the problem is my apu intergrated graphics. any way to turn this off? thanks :)
