Random mysterious Arabic threads

Does anyone else see the "new threads" column get filled with some random arabic letters and 0-9 numbers as titles, then they all disappear, and won't let you view them?

Or if you do it's like a random shopping link. 

What is this anomaly? 

Am I the only one seeing this?

Yes, they get removed by mods.
