amd rx470 problems??

so i recently bought a gigabyte 4gb rx 470 but iv been having realy weird problems with it and am just not sure what to do like most games run at like ok frame rates but im  seeing other rx 470s doing better frame rates same settings whats going on

driver is 16.10.3 games crysis 3, battlefield 4 ,gta 5 and  gta IV like i get better frame rates on 5 then i do on gta iv like idk why its like weird as hell textures acting weird and shit to on that one cpu usage like 60 to 80 %

try an older set of drivers. remember to quote me

You get better frames in gta v than in 4 because gta 4 was poorly optimized. i don't think that's a card's issue.

But apart from that, try doing a clean install of the drivers again. If it doesn't work, try older graphics drivers version.

Also defrag your hdd.

Hmmm I don't have this issue... what's your cpu ? and what res are you playing at ?
