Ek and Bitspower are considered to be good component manufacturers, for coolants I recommend Mayhems any of their concentrates. My one piece of advice is to not cheap out on fittings as fittings from random brands that don't have a good reputation have a higher chance of leaking and ruining your components. Regarding pricing it depends on where you live but generally the manufacturer has the parts for the cheapest but keep your eyes open for specials on parts.

Mayhem makes ek's coolant as well so that a good brand for coolant as well. Watercool is another good brand for water cooling they are from german but its a little harder to get a hold of cuz they are a small company, Alphacool is pretty good too.

Yes, Ek and Bitspower make all components needed to build a water cooling loop. All screws and mounting components come with the parts you purchase. Also why would you need nuts in the loop.
