Fan question re: Corsair H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

Case:

2 fans on front panel bring air into the case

1 fan on back panel pushing air out of case

PSU will have fan facing down

GPU has a couple fans in it

 

CPU liquid cooler's 2 fans:

Should both push air up and out;

or one push air out, the other pull air;

or both pull air in?

 

I'm thinking both should push air out.

 

Watching this video...

 

 

...he mentions configuring them in a "pole" (?) position.
