At those temps CPU's lifetime will get reduced, even if it doesn't immediately break you know?
They'll actually cease to function if they maintain 100-105C for a few minutes (which is why they typically throttle at around 85-90C). The lifetimes of them start seeing reduction if they're kept at 80+ for too long.
