So was having some issues with not being able to see my BIOS, no signal being output while starting up a new build. Was posted in a topic previously but thought I would post a new thread as some things have changed, and could collate all the questions that these helpful people had for me.

Problems and what I have tried to fix:

booting up a new build, no Windows yet, but have all my parts in. Was hoping to see if everything is running and could check the BIOS but this is not showing over my HDMI, there is no signal on my monitor. Any help?

I have tried HDMI out from both the mobo and the GPU.

Both also have VGA out but i do not have a VGA monitor with me, but I do not think this is the problem because of the following points

The DRAM red LED light on my mobo is on. I'm pretty sure this is an error light, an error with the RAM. I took out and reinstalled them, with the locks properly clicking into place, but this error light persists and still no signal to my monitor.

The CPU and GPU fans are running, GPU lights are working

There are no sounds from the mobo, or from headphone sockets when booting. There is no debug speaker

My mouse and keyboard lights are not coming on, and I have checked all possible USB ports.

I cannot see a small digital display of POST codes as someone mentioned, I don't think my mobo has this.

This is my only PC so cannot check the component individually :(

Monitor works fine from my laptop

Have reset BIOS by clearing the CMOS, no change

Have removed GPU, no change

Have tried swapping RAM sticks, and have tried single RAM in both slots, no change

Specs:

msi H110I pro mini itx motherboard

i3 6100

2x 4GB 2133 ddr4 HyperX Fury

MSI gaming x gtx 1060 3GB

seasonic s12ii 520W PSU

Previous topic, but all the info is above so no need to look through really:

An alternative would be to buy a mobo speaker and listen to error codes. Have you tried booting with one stick of RAM?

If there is (no signal) it could one of a few things. 1. You have a faulty hdmi/vga/ what ever cable you use to connect to the monitor. 2. (If you get no/ next to none usb power) reset your CMOS. Easiest way is to take out the motherboard battery and waiting before placing it back. 3. (And worst case) either your gpu is busted or any part connected to your motherboard. I hope this helps.

So all the cables have been triple checked, The 4pin is plugged in, although the psu came with 2 4pins, one with 4 D-shaped pins, and one with 2 square pins, and 2 D-pin. I have in the one with 2 D and 2 square pins.

I will try running without the GPU, and do the battery thing

Did you plug in the 4-pin connector on the upper left corner of your mobo?

Hey guys, any other thoughts? I have checked and done the things you recommended but nothing changed

That mobo has something that msi calls  EZ Debug LED . That could tell you what's the source of issue. Look it up here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/H110I-PRO.html#hero-overview
