What happened to this thread? 

Is the budget 900 or 750?

CS:GO and Overwatch are not demanding so spec a build with more strength on the CPU side of things. You would be fine around the 1060/1050 range. As for a mic, I'd look into a standalone mic that will act as a passthrough for headphones. Headset mics are notoriously tinny.
