Orange Light Blinking

I have dell Optiplex 9020 MT and i just upgraded my pc with GTX 1050 ti while gaming my pc shuts down and orange lights blinks then i have to unplug my power cord and it ran again. My PC specs are;

 

CPU 4590 3.3 ghz

Ram 8 gb

GPU Gigabyte 1050 Ti OC

How many watts is the psu?

Actually i replace my branded psu with local psu of 500 Watts and used 24 pin to 8 pin connector.

are you running any adapters from the power supply into the graphics card or motherboard?

Yes one 24 pin to 8 pin adapter from psu to motherboard

I believe the the Dell motherboard has proprietary power connectors, how did you connect the new PSU? 

What's wrong with the previous PSU?

nothing wrong with it but dell offers only 290W psu that's why i changed it but now i put back the previous dell psu but while running Assassin Creed Syndicate suddenly games shuts down any idea what's wrong with it.

The game crashes or is it the computer that turns off?
