Unreadable quote

I was reading a forum post, and there was a quote from a mod quoting some guidelines, but there was no option to scroll, even highlight the text and dragging did not allow me to see the rest of the text. I tried resizing my browser to different sizes (see screenshots)

 

I am using Safari 10.0.1 on macOS 10.12.1

 

Edit: I would have posted in the actual post that I could not read the quote, but it was locked.

Unfortunately, that's because of the way that it was copied, since Chrome copies a large amount of extra, unnecessary formatting, which breaks things. It's not something we can fix I'm afraid.
