friends coming over we want to play some csgo would this run csgo even at 800x600 Capture.JPG

If you have a dGPU, then yes. No dGPU, then maybe at the lowest settings.

It'll probably run csgo but your friend is going to hate the living crap out of you because you're going to have a huge advantage over them. Not only are we talking about minimal framerates, but the inability to see anything thanks to the small resolution and horrible textures.

From experience, kinda. I used to the same exact specs as you and I ran it a bit closer to 1080p and at lowest settings it was playable but you might only get a steady 20-25 although possibly 30 at 800x600. And I am accurate source since I had the same exact specs and tried to play csgo.

1080p? On a graphics adapter that's way before intel HD?
