So I'm building my first computer, and needing help finding a good water cooler. I'm thinking an AIO would be best for me being a noob at this whole thing, and with the form factor of the case. I found the Fractal Design Kelvin S36, but ordering from Amazon, it says the delivery date is at least a month out, which kinda sucks. Any recommendations on what would be good would be greatly appreciated!

Yeah, i saw that NZXT one too and it looked pretty sexy. If I go with the Deepcool one, would I need to do anything else with cooling the PC like putting in the fan behind the motherboard, or should the cooler be enough to keep everything at safe temps?

I'm using a Neptun 240M on i7-6700k no OC and max temperature in AIDA64 was around 60 degrees celsius (in a 23C room). In game, expect around 45-55 if CPU heavy, otherwise below 50. Right now I'm browsing the internet, watching youtube and I'm sitting around 32C. I have 2x120mm fans on, always below 50% speed.. I can't hear the pump.. Really a great AIO. Maybe get sth bigger if you plan to OC like a mad man but this I think is more than enough to cool the CPU. Take into account that I run GTX 1070 Strix with 3 fans, I have 2 intake 140mm in the front and only exhaust are these in the AIO. So all the air that it pumps out is already heated from the gpu. It does a good job. Here, I've been runing AIDA for few minutes now and I'm around 54C. Consider buying, but anything newer with same specs should do the job.

Yeah the plan is to OC once I get everything together, and the case only has the 3x120mm fans on the top and one  140mm on the rear, so trying to figure out if getting the larger radiator would be benfecial or if a 240mm and a rear fan would be ok.

Damn, I just saw the case you have hahah.. Have a slight positive pressure.. I would plant the AIO in the 3x120mm slots.. feed the Gpu somehow.. blower style design? Man I really don't know.. I have the define R5 which is a cow of a case.. I know how frustrated one can get when choosing fan placement.. What's your plan so far?

Lol yeah... my original idea was getting a Fractal Design 360mm radiator to put on the top and maybe throwing a fan in in the rear of the case just for kicks and giggles. But the one that I ordered isn't going to arrive till December 22 at the earliest, and don't have the patience of waiting if there are other options that would be more time effective. So I'm trying to figure out if i should try to find another 360mm one, or if I should go with a 240mm. And if going with the 240mm would be OK, I'm lost as to if i would need to put another fan in the top and rear or not, to keep comfortable temps.

I really hope you work it out man.. I believe choosing fans is the hardest job when building a computer, I've planned for almost 2 months before getting everything.. So I know.. I also know what It means to have everything right there and not being able to use it. I built my computer 2 months ago, with i7-6700k and gtx 1070.. So I know the feels hahah :D Cheers

lol thanks for the help... I'm totally new to this so not totally sure if the extra fans are necessary or if the smaller radiator would be effective enough to cool the entire system under load.

Use high pressure fans if possible. In your case (use both meanings of the word), fans will have to work hard to provide sufficient airflow. And don't do negative pressure. More intake than exhaust. And have an airflow that goes hand in hand with physics. Hot air goes up, don't face fans into eachother couse they will negate themselves.. You'll get into it :)
