Okay now can you tell me which is the first pin like the end closest to the snap thingy or the opposite end

You short the system to power it on by connecting the green wire to any black one (usually you use the one next to it) you an use a piece of wire or a paperclip, yes before you ask it is safe. When you want to turn the pump off pull the wire out. Make sure your CPU power cable and GPU power cables are disconnected before you short the 24 pin.
