So I live in Korea, and I got my computer parts from America. I used this power adapter to fit in the plugs for the Korea's outlet. However, the moment I plugged it in, my power supply just made a large pop noise and flashed. Does that means I have to buy another power supply?

When in doubt, re-format.

For any PSU you get, make sure you verify that it can work with your power system.  Many PSU do have a switch to alternate between 110/120V and 220/240V voltage systems.  What it sounds like, -you got a PSU from America [120V AC country] and plugged it into your standard wall outlet without sliding the switch from 120V to 240V.  240V will certainly fry the PSU.

My guess is you got an adapter similar to one of the below.  Unfortunately, neither of them convert the voltage.  Only the socket.  Again, they could still work, "IF" the switch on the PSU is set to 240V for your location.  If you ever use it in the US, you'd need to set the switch back to 120V, or it won't power on.  Just remember to check and see if the PSU supports this option.  There are many that have the switch because of safety and design specs, but do not support the option.  Setting the switch to 240V just acts as a disconnect switch.
