Windows Update

Hi all,

So I uninstall my drivers and reinstalled them.

While I was going to windows update, I saw updates that i needed to installed but I couldnt install them because it said "There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:"

 

How do I fix that?

Do a clean install of Windows.

did windows effectivley tell you to ask google? Do you know what the updates are? it could be caused by anything at this stage

Hi,

I'd personally try a tool called WSUS Offline update, it will automatically install all of the updates for you, even when windows update doesn't.. I work in IT and quite often computers get stuck on the 'checking updates' phase, this program always fixes that.
